Event Participation and Exposure
Game Trailer Submission and Participation
Signing up for the IndieMania event and submitting a game trailer does not guarantee participation in the event. The selection of game trailers for inclusion in the event is at the sole discretion of IndieMania. There is no guarantee that a selected video game trailer will be shown in its entirety.
Exposure
IndieMania makes no promises or guarantees regarding the level of exposure that a developer company and the video game entered into the event will receive. The amount of exposure, if any, is at the sole discretion of IndieMania and can vary widely between participants.
Disclaimer of Warranties
IndieMania does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall IndieMania, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or participation in the event whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and IndieMania, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website or participation in the event.
Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Employees of Mike Odyssey, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter:

To enter this and future Mike Odyssey giveaways, follow the specific instructions outlined in the giveaway post on the IndieMania channel. This may include subscribing to our channels and social media, following any sponsors, or completing other actions as specified.

Entries must be received by the stated deadline.
3. Prize:

We offer exciting prizes in our giveaways, and details will be revealed in each individual giveaway post.
4. Disqualification:

Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days, a new winner will be selected.
6. Prize Acceptance:

The winner must provide a valid shipping address within 30 days of being notified.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.

Mike Odyssey is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged prizes.

Mike Odyssey is not responsible for any technical difficulties or other problems that may prevent someone from entering or winning the giveaway.
